Prerequisites:

- No pornographic sites.
- Must have a domain name. No freewebs. Subdomains are ok (ie. sitename.fan-sites.org).

Please specifiy your daily stats and which type of affiliate you are applying for:
- Elite Affiliate (min. 1000 daily hits)
- Top Affiliate (min. 500 daily hits)
- Regular Affiliate (min. 200 daily hits)
