I just uploaded over 2000 screen captures from A Walk To Remember and over 1600 screen captures from License To Wed to the gallery. I’ll probably try and get Because I Said So and some photoshoots uploaded today. i am glad you made your own screencaps..but like all the other photos in your gallery they come from other sites. like your scans. if you want to make a site, why steal from other sites to put things on yours?? shows that you have no respect for other peoples sites when you do that…

The photos in the gallery were already there when I took on the site. They were not placed there by me. Please do not criticize me for something I did not do.

what about that little picture on the site, where she is from a studio?? where do you get that from??…looks like you got it from another site it is being displayed n and you cropped it..i just get annoyed when i try to find quality sites and so many of them use stuff from other people’s websites..i have no clue why sites do that…

I have no clue where that pic is from. The person who designed the site made that image. Are you really going to criticize every little picture? In the end, none of the pictures really belong to ANY of the fan sites, so it doesn’t really matter where it came from. It’s not like I am stealing pics and removing the sites tags or placing my own on it. Next are you going to tell me the pic at the top of the site is from somewhere else?

that is where you are wrong..there are some photos and scans that belong to other websites. what makes you think that?? there are some websites that have exclusive photos…which looks like that little picture there, came from a site that issues it as an exlcusive photo..it should be your job to check these other fansites and alert your staff not to use their photos without permission…show a little respect for the other fansites out there…you might gain more respect…taking stuff that come from other people’s fansites make you look like a theif and i am going to notify the sites you took the photos from..you tag these photos like they are your own…it is laughable…i will contact the webmaster you are using that little photo from and see if they gave you permission to use it…i like these other mandy fansites and i do not like seeing people like you and others taking their stuff..i think it is rude…sorry…

Again, I said I DO NOT know where the image came from. I did not “tag” any image as my own that is NOT mine. The only pics I have ever tagged are the screencaps I just uploaded today that I personally spent yesterday capping so I don’t know what the hell you are talking about. Obviously if you cap or scan something yourself, you have to right to tag it and it belongs to you but photos such as candids and photoshoots, unless you pay the actual agency for them, you do not own them. I don’t see how I am showing disrespect to other fan sites. As I already stated, the pics in the gallery were already there and if they are tagged or stolen, then that’s not my fault. I have yet to have time to actually work on the gallery other than the layout and those screencaps so I have no clue what’s even in it. Go ahead and run to the webmaster. I’ll remove the pic if they wish.
Oh and “it should be your job” …. um no. See I have a job, a real one that I get paid to do. This website is NOT my job, it’s for fun in my free time. Sorry that I can’t check every last little minute detail.
I can’t believe that Mandy has such bitchy fans. She should see how some of her so called “fans” act. She probably would be ashamed. Clearly Dale, you are another hater. If you don’t like this site, don’t visit it. It’s that simple.
Anyone else who wants to come forward and shit talk and say I’m doing things illegal or wrong in hopes that I’ll make like the last webmasters and just quit and leave, well guess what.. it won’t work. I’m not going to give up and leave because some jealous webmasters think they’re the shit.
Oh, and one last thing, to whomever sent the fake Copyright Infringement notice… nice try. Maybe next time you should proofread your email for spelling and grammatical errors.

This “Dale” guy is not a fan nor does he own any fansite. He just goes around from site to site starting shit until people get fed up, posing as copyright holders and official people. He’s a serious loser with mental problems. As you see, he also sends webmasters fake emails (which is against the law) to get what he wants.

I do agree with sites being unique and having their own flavor, and ideas. BUUUT…I do hate when assholes like this have to come on and badger us webmasters for this and that. I am sure this is the same dude using an alias that hassled me about photos on my board.
If you got a legal notice, I would not take that too lightly. As I got one too. Mine was a cease and desist order to shut my page down. And it truly did come from Mandy’s people. They do not want fansites online and have been issuing legal notices. It is sad and ridiculous, that they would have such a problem with that, but I guess they do. They have nothing to sue for anyway, and it is sad they would take such measures to try and make her look bad because of their own egos.
This has been happening to the Mandy fansites since the beginning. I have been dealing with it since day one. I am able to point out the jealous webmasters. Who try to nark on you for this or that..It is insane. Luckily, I know who is who, who causes the trouble. Hence the reason I keep to myself and do not do alot of association with people online, and keep a close watch on people who join my forum and other things on my site. It sucks that we have to take such measures, but unfortunately, we do.
